2 grey green SS Members Runic Breast Insignia. Just out of the woodwork are these 2 runic patches in grey Both have some mothing but the right is in a little better condition. These runic SS breast insignia were authorized for wear in July of 1943 to all SS personnel serving in one of the Waffen-SS units who did not qualify to wear the SS runic collar tab. Some of the units were 7th SS-Freiwillingen (Prinz Eugen), 4th SS Polizei Panzer Grenadier Division, 11th SS Freiwillingen Panzer Grenadier Division (Nordland). The runic insignia was worn just below the left breast pocket. Typically the backing color of runic insignia matched the color of the uniform. Sold Separately!
