A Scarce Late War Wood Handled Japanese NCO Sword

A very nice late war wood handle imperial Japanese NCO sword. This is an excellent example and it has the ring to mount the tassel. These late examples are quite scarce and rarely come out of the woodwork or turn up at shows. The sword and scabbard serial numbers are matching.
