Belts & Buckles A Very Nice Original Allgemeine SS Brocade Belt & Buckle. The buckle is aluminum and is made by OLC. These Allgemeine SS bullion brocade belt and buckle sets are not seen very often in this condition. The brocade belt is in excellent un-faded condition front and back. The belt has one spot on the side were the stiffener is miss shaped from improper storage. There are 2 or 3 stitches that have also come loose in that spot. There is also one small stain in the brocade about half the size of a dime. See the pics as this is not really an issue at all. Click on the image to see large detail pictures. $4500
Here is another nice aluminum SS buckle with its original leather belt which came with the other one above. The aluminum ss buckle is marked RZM 36/39 SS and the leather belt is also nicely maker marked. The leather is still nice and flexible. I just bought this nice buckle by Rodo with belt from the grandson of the vet who brought it home from the war. These buckles are thought by some people to be Kriegsmarine coastal artillery buckles. The buckle is steel with dark blue-grey paint and is marked RODO. The leather belt is original to the buckle and also has the manufacturers name.
