A historically significant letter written by George S. Patton.  It is a letter George S. Patton hand wrote to his son while his son was at west point. I was written in Jun of 1943. This cloth section is from I believe a DFS 230 assault glider (Deutsche Forschungsanstalt für Segelflug).  These were the gliders that the German Fallschirmjäger used during their assaults.  These cut sections are pretty rare.  It would look great in a large frame!  Click on the picture below to see larger images of this item. $3495

This is one of the rarest machine guns of WWII.  It is a Japanese type 99-1 20MM auto cannon which was mounted in the wings of the famous Mitsubishi A6M Zero.  The original paper work says this particular gun was taken in the battle of Guadalcanal near the Florida Islands.  The gun is an old spec deac and was registered in 1946 by the officer who brought it home.  The gun will have to be transferred by the BATF to the buyer.  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item. Wanted DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHE Standard Flags or any of their parts!  This is probably one of the most recognized flags of the third Reich.  Known by collectors as the DE Standard these are one of the most sought after flags of the Third Reich.  The flag background is red silk with white ribbed silk circle in the middle with a black silk swastika with silver bullion ribbon out line.  The front top of the flag says DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHE.  On the back top NAT. SOZ. A spectacular Luftwaffe Flight Regiment Schellenbaum flag.  This particular banner was for 3rd Luftflotten Kommando - Reichgraf, which headquarters in Munich.  The front is yellow silk with the embroidered luftwaffe eagle surrounded by a wreath in bullion.  There a black and white silk embroidered rays coming out from the center with black silk embroidered swastikas in each corner.  This is the same design as the 4 X4 standards.  It is mounted on a silver bar then hung from the eagles beak on the top of the jingling jonnie.  The back of the flag has Lfl. kdo. 3 embroidered in silver bullion on the yellow silk background.  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item. A rare early set of blue Luftwaffe paratrooper issue MP38 MP40 ammo pouches.  The Blue straps on the back are leather reinforced.  They are marked with white ink on the back top and very faintly visible is the manufactures code on the bottom left corner.  The blue retaining straps are reinforced with metal fittings on the end.  This is a very rare set in very solid condition.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures.  Private collection

This is a nice WWII German Fallschirmjager parachute and carrying bag.  I bought this camo RZ36 parachute along with a pilots set chute last year from the the family of the vet.  The chute is in nice condition with the ropes attached.  The rest of the rigging has been cut off.  I was told it was taken in the battle of the Bulge but have no way of verifying that.  The bag is a standard WWII German parachute bag and is what this chute was in when I bought it.  A nice displayable item for your para display. Here are 2 Adolf Hitler formal pattern forks.  The larger dinner fork is 8 3/8th inches long and the smaller salad fork is 7 1/4"inches long.  The formal pattern silverware has the Greek key fret pattern around the edge of the handle with the eagle and AH on the bottom.  The hallmarks Bruckmann (a crescent moon, a Prussian crown, “800”, and a Prussian eagle) are found on the back side in the center of the handle.  The forks are being sold individually.  Don't miss these rare pieces of history finds used by Hitler and his guests at his formal personal dinners.  The letter and postcard on Adolf Hitler stationary are not being sold at this time.  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item. $1450 for each fork Both forks are sold!

This is a very rare opportunity to own probably the rarest jump smock of WWII.  It is a late war waffen-ss Fallschirmjäger camo jump smock.  They are also sometimes called ss dot 44 jump smock.  The smock is made of ribbed heavy cotton with the Erbsentarn Waffen-SS camouflage pattern.  It has 4 fully functional zipper pockets on the front with the grey leather tabs.  The eagle which is unique to these jump smocks machine straight stitched to the right breast like the luftwaffe jump smocks.  On the right rear There is a built in flare gun holster that is secured with two buttons.  This jump smock came from the family of the vet who obtained it from the Dachau depot at the end of the war. This is wonderful and rare Hermann Goering silver presentation picture frame and photo.  The frame has Goering's gold eagle and swastika and crossed field marshal's Baton's at the top.  It is 12 1/2" X 8 1/2" and has a decorative dimpling on the front of the frame.   It is made and marked by Goering's preferred jeweler Zeitner of Berlin and is hallmarked 835 silver.  I originally bought this a few years ago out of the woodwork in Pennsylvania and sold it right away.  I am very happy to have been able to get it back and offer it again for sale to my customers.   Don't miss out on this rare personality item!  Click on the picture below to see more images.

This is a very nicely executed 19th century Japanese ivory Okimono.  The subject is a skull resting on a single bone and like most high quality Japanese Okimono it is very life like.  The [piece is about 6 inches wide and 4 inches high.  It is signed by the carver (Tamamine) on the back of the skull.  This is a fabulous ivory carving which would fit in almost any collection.  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item. $1200 SOLD!

A salty worn WWII German early knights cross of the iron cross 1939 by C. E. Junker.  This early C. E. Junker knights cross has a cross has a magnetic core and  the upper part of from on the back is marked 800 L/12.  It is missing the suspension  loop and has its original modified EK2 ribbon with is often found on worn examples.  I weighed in on my scale which is not supper accurate but should be close and it weighed 37.1 grams.  This cross came from the son of a vet who was in charge of POW's during the war.  I will include one of his dog tags with this KC.  I am pricing this very reasonably for a quick sale!  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item.  $7295 SOLD!

This is a minty Imperial Japanese Type 14 Nambu Pistol with 2 Number matched mags.  This is an Nagoya arsenal 2nd run gun with the large trigger guard.  It is dated Showa 18, 11 month (November of 1943).  The bluing is excellent with almost no high spot wear.  It also has the remnants of its original holster.  Because of the condition along with the 2 matching magazines I would call this an investment grade Nambu.   Please click on the image to see large detail pictures.  $1500 SOLD!

A very rare WWII German police white leather parade belt with buckle, white leather  bandolier and black cartouche box set.  Most were used after the war till they were discarded.  To find a set in this condition is next to impossible.  There is a name written on the back of the belt and typed on a tag on the belt.  The buckle and aluminum bandolier hardware is marked the A for Assmann.  These white belts where also used by the SS LAH for parade and honor guards.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures.  $2695 SOLD!

A very nice WWII German 27" LOK railroad eagle (Deutsche Reichsbahn Adler). These Nazi eagles were on the side of train cars, trolleys, boats, and buses.  They are probably the most recognizable symbols of the 3rd Reich.  This Adler still has all of its threaded posts on the back which are uncut along with 2 of its original nuts.  It measures 27 inch wing span and 13 3/4 inches form the top of the head to the bottom of the wreath surrounding the swastika.  There is a threaded hole in the center of the swastika in the front which goes through the bottom post.  I think its original and might have held a locking screw.  Its eagle is marked back  LOK with an RZ4 under that and BLN under that, which I assume is for Berlin.  On the wing it has the foundry mark HE along with the metal content of the RR Eagle GAL Mg Si.  This is a wonderful eagle and will sell fast!  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item. A Nice WWII German Walther AC 41 P38 With Original Holster.  This is a nice honest vet bring back pistol.  It is an a series 41 dated Walther P38.  The bluing is very nice and the gun is all matching with the exception of the 2 magazines.  The Leather clam shell holster is marked ewx and is dated 1941.  The grip also has a crack in it by the lanyard loop but is not very noticeable which can be seen in the pics.  This item will only be shipped to an FFL or C&R holder by my FFL.  Click on the picture below to see more images.  $1295 SOLD!

Right out of woodwork is a nice early pair of German Fallschirmjäger winter lined gloves.  These gloves are in mint unissued condition.  You can even see the black thread that kept the gloves together from the manufacturer.  This set is very unique as its the only set that I have seen that are lambs wool lined instead of rabbits fur.  They are clearly marked with the date, maker and size on the inside.  The spring are all fully Functional and not broken.   This is a rare opportunity to own a unique set of WWII German paratrooper Fallschirmjäger gloves. 2 Very Scarce Printed Waffen-SS Cloth Armband.  These 2 Waffen SS armbands came from the grandson of the 20th armored vet who liberated them from Dachau just after its liberation. Printed version of this Waffen SS arm band are know but are ver scarce, these are the only printed versions I have ever seen. It is black silk screened. These armbands were worn by personnel attached to or working for the Waffen-SS during the war. I will provide the name and picture of the vet who brought these home from the war. A Very Nice Original Allgemeine SS Brocade Belt & Buckle.  These Allgemeine SS bullion brocade belt and buckle sets are not seen very often in this condition.  The brocade belt is in excellent un-faded condition front and back.  The belt has one spot on the side were the stiffener is miss shaped from improper storage.  There are 2 or 3 stitches that have also come loose in that spot.  There is also one small stain in the brocade about half the size of a dime.  See the pics as this is not really an issue at all.  Click on the image to see large detail pictures. $3895 SOLD!

This is a super rare panzer officers beret with bullion insignia and its original helmet made by Erel.  The beret has bullion officers insignia which are almost never seen.  I was told that this was from Michael Beaver collection.  This is a spectacular piece of Panzer headgear.  Click on the picture below to see more images. A nice luftwaffe honor goblet awarded to Oberleutnant Friedrich Höfling.  Friedrich Höfling was awarded this honor goblet on October 2nd 1942.  Oberleutnant Friedrich Höfling was a pilots observer for 5. Staffel (Fern) Aufklärungsgruppe.  He was also awarded the German Cross in Gold on 12th July 1943.  A great goblet with a lot of research potential!  Click on the image to see large detail pictures. A Very Nice 1861 Colt navy pistol with Richard Mason Conversion.  This pistol was a special order (Nickel plated) gun which is denoted by the dot by the serial number.   The gun was sent back to the factory in the 1870 and had the Richard Mason Conversion done to it making it a 36 Cal. cartridge gun.  A very nice piece of American history!  Just click on the picture for more images. $2000 SOLD!

A salty original SS partial Rohm dagger by Gottlieb Hammesfahr.  This dagger is fresh out of the woodwork from the grandson of a vet in the Chicago land area.  It is salty but all original and unmessed with ss dagger that still has the partial Rohm  inscription on the blade.  This dagger would restore very nicely as the blade is in pretty good condition.  Priced to sell! A very rare WWII German front train eagle.  This is one of only a few known front rail road eagles for the WWII German electric trains.   The wing span of this bird is 48 inches.  The wings sweep back and the eagle is about 15 inches deep.  The GI cut the wings off to get the bird home.  When he got it home he welded the wings back on.  A rare bird indeed! A very rare 1st SS Leibstandarte regiment trumpet banner.  This is a salty but original I./SS 1. trumpet banner.  The banners body is black with an eagle on one side with I. /SS 1. on the other side in flat bullion brocade.  The silver coil fringe around the banner is in great shape.  You can see from my photos that the banner has quite a bit of mothing but when looked at from 5 feet away it is not very noticeable.  These trumpet banners are quite rare in any condition.  A rare find that is reasonably priced.  Click on the picture to see larger images of this item.  SOLD!

A Nice Original WWII German Rail Road Eagle This WWII German train eagle is just out of the woodwork coming from the family of the vet who brought it home after the war.  This eagle has a wing span that is 27 1/2 inches and the height head to wreath is 14 inches.  The threaded mounting posts are still intact and don't look to have been sawed off like many of the eagles you see.  It is marked LOC RZA BLN on the back and the metal composition is stamped on the bottom of the right wing. This is a nice 1939 42 coded German lugar.  The gun is matched but the magazine is not matched.  This lugar is made by Mauser whose code was 42.  These are more commonly marked S/42 and were only marked 42 for a short period of time.  I have not tried to clean the rust on spots but they should be able to be minimized.   I will only ship to C&R or FFL holders.  Just click on the picture for more images. $1600 SOLD!

A Very nice Waffen-SS M42 helmet with original chin strap.  This helmet came from the estate of a local WWII vet along with a few other nice items.  I will include the last name and a war time picture of the vet who brought this helmet home.  The shell is a CLK 64 and the lot number is 3217.  The decal is very nice and the over all condition is excellent.  The liner is dry and stiff but complete with no damage.  Very difficult to find SS helmets in this condition!  Click on the picture below to see more images. $8000 SOLD!

Early imperial Japanese navy cherry blossom vented helmet.  This is and extremely rare IJN cherry blossom helmet.  I believe these are called M18 cherry blossom vented navy helmet.  The helmet has no liner.  The helmet has I believe the remnants of a name in white painted kanji on the rim which you can see on the inside pictures.  All on the liner spanners are present.  The over all condition of the paint is very good.  The anchor on the front is missing the left side bottom hook which is not very noticeable.  These helmets sell for about $8000 if they are complete this one is prices and a fraction of that!  One of the rarest of Japanese helmets at a reasonable price!  Click on the picture below to see more images. $3500 SOLD!

A Very Nice 1849 Colt Martini Pocket Model pistol.  It is in exceptional condition with most of its original case hardening still present.  The lines are also very crisp and the engraving on the cylinder is also clear and crisp.  The guy I bought it from bought it at the first MN weapons collectors show in the 1950s.  There has been a little cold blue applied to the cylinder at some time but I believe this can be removed.  Just click on the picture for more images. $1300 SOLD!

A very nice WWII German Rail Road Eagle removed from a a train car.  I just bought this eagle from the grandson of the WWII vet who brought it back after the war.  This eagle that still has all 4 of its threaded screws in the back which are usually cut off.  It is the medium sized one and measures 23 13/16" wide X 13 1/4" high.  It is marked on the back LOK 600 and GAL-Ma SI and LOK R7A6 Berlin.  These things are getting harder to find.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures. Here is another nice nazi party desk eagle on a green marble base.  These are also sometimes called Nuremberg Commemorative Parteitage Desk Eagle.  This drop wings style National Eagle was used at the Nuremberg rally grounds and was replicated in a smaller forms for desk or mantles ornaments.  It is bronze and has a nice patina to it.  The eagle sites on a very nice green German marble base.  It stands about 7" high.  This piece came from a prominent political collector.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures. A very rare high quality Caucasian St Anna award sword "for gallantry".  The fittings are of the highest quality neillo work, and the fittings are 100% neillo on all sides of each fitting.  Done by he famous masters of (area to be added later).  The blade is etched Mudunov with his famous eagle, and also stamped mudunov in cyrllic lettering.  This great sword comes with the original red sword tassel(not currently pictured).  The  leather on the scabbard has been redone (museum quality) but everything else is original.  The pommel is ivory, with the St. Anna award embedded on one side under the cryllic writing "za horobust" above it on a sliver banner.  The fittings are all silver (unhallmarked) and the overall appearance is breathtaking!  This is the highest quality St. Anna award sword I have seen outside the pictures in the Czar's museum collections.  I will add more details and references at a later date.  It is a classic example of imperial Russian craftsmanship!  Blades of this quality are almost never seen outside museums or a huge auction house offering of  rare and high end items.  Just click on the picture for more images. I am very proud to be able to offer this spectacular Luftwaffe Flak Regiment Schellenbaum flag.  The schellenbaum (bell tree) flag was a type of standard which hung on the ancient bell instrument carried in front of a marching during parades.  These flags are extremely rare and real ones seldom come up for sale.  This one the front bares a high relief bullion luft. eagle on red and white silk.  The back has the name  flack Regiment 14 3rd Abt. in roman numerals.  The first 2 II have been removed for some reason possibly to change it to 1st Abt. because it looks like it was removed during the period.  This banner is suspended by bullion braded cords on a bar with silver ends which have darkened to a beautiful blue-gray patina.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures. A beautiful damascus imperial German naval dagger.  These daggers are very rare and do not come to market often so I am very please to be able to offer it.  This dagger is made by WKC.  The scabbard is the super deluxe type and is in excellent condition.  The fittings still retain most there frosty gold finish.  The blade has some pitting and a little rust near the scabbard catch but this could be restored easily.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures.  SOLD!

A very rare nazi party desk eagle on a black marble base.  These are also sometimes called Nuremberg Commemorative Parteitage Desk Eagle.  This drop wings style National Eagle was used at the Nuremberg rally grounds and was replicated in a smaller forms for desk or mantles ornaments.  It is silver washed and has a nice blackish patina to it.  The eagle sites on a very nice black German marble base.  It stands about 7" high.  Please click on the image to see large detail pictures.
